This place is great. I was really hesitant because I couldn't stop thinking of that scene from Austin Powers where Dr evil puts laser beams on the sharks head. Those sharks were really scary. Fortunately for me, the nice woman lasering me didn't look anything like a shark! What a relief.

These guys are amazing. Everyone is super professional and very knowledgeable. The nurses are all extremely nice and the fact that it's a lifetime guarantee is awesome.Definitely recommend it for everyone; it is absolutely worth the money!

All of the staff are incredibly kind and always willing to explain any and every part of the treatment. The nurses ask about your comfortability for each session which I really appreciate.I would highly recommend Milan Laser Syracuse to anyone in the area looking to stop shaving for good.

There quite is unbelievably expensive. I got my whole body hair removal with fantastic results for 900 dollars for all 8 sessions. Milan is charging 685 dollars monthly for 2 years! I would never pay this much as it seems to be extremely overpriced!

Great staff!! So friendly and so kind :). I tell all my friends to come here. I’m only on my second treatment and I already see such a difference 😇. I’m very happy and excited to see my end results !!Also, I’m sure many people may be wondering about the pain. Definitely tolerable, it’s really not bad at all. It’s similar to snapping a rubber band on your skin, but gone as soon as they move onto the next area. They also have a fan, constantly blowing as the laser moves along the skin, that helps to cool that area. Overall, great experience 🙂

Such a professional and welcoming business! They are all great. During my consultation, they had a wonderful presentation that laid out all of their service, policies and procedures, with no expectation of buying that day. There was no pressure at all. They listened to all of my insecurities regarding hair growth and made me feel really comfortable while answering all of my questions. On my first treatment, I was very nervous but Immediately, as soon as I walked into the door, everyone made me feel so welcomed, and talked me through the whole procedure. The nurse I had was great. She made me feel very comfortable and was an excellent professional. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for laser hair removal.
